Who We Are
Corridor Solutions was founded in 2023, after years of working together on major transport projects across New Zealand. They saw a gap: too often, traffic management and road safety were treated as separate disciplines. Corridor Solutions was built to bring these worlds together – providing smarter, safer solutions for developers, contractors, and councils.
Based in Taupō and Rotorua, with reach across the North Island, we’re proud to be an independent consultancy trusted by local authorities and contractors.

Ashley Green
Co-Founder & Director Road Safety & Asset Management
Specialist in road safety and traffic management, with years of experience leading projects under Network Outcomes Contracts (NOCs).

Ashley has a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Bath and is a Chartered Member of Engineering New Zealand. Ashley has predominantly worked in the fields of Road Safety and Asset Management. Ashley has investigate and attend the hot scene of over 50 fatal and serious crashes and is a lead Safe System Auditor.
Earlier in Ashley’s career he worked closely with Government Agencies in the UK giving strategic level policy advice, analysing crash data and creating excel models along with working on major projects as a site engineer and design reviewer. After moving to New Zealand Ashley worked on the Central Waikato Network Outcomes Contract where he managed the consultancy side of the project including Asset Managers, Road Inspectors, TMCs and Road Safety. Ashley also assisted delivery on other NOC contracts and took a lead role in SCRIM and IL reviews.
Ashley enjoys solving complex problems along with finding efficiencies in process. Ashley prides himself on being able to apply theory in a practical manner for clients.
Alison Macken-Allen
Asset Management Lead
Alison is a collaborative and pragmatic asset management leader with extensive experience in New Zealand’s transport sector. She combines strong technical expertise with excellent relationship skills to deliver improvements across asset data, systems, and processes.

Previously at Auckland Transport, Alison led the management and improvement of asset information systems for a multi-billion-dollar network, providing strategic advice and driving data-led decision making.
Alison has played a national leadership role in advancing the Waka Kotahi Asset Management Data Standard (AMDS), including chairing the AMDS National Working Group and championing its implementation across the sector. She has also chaired the IPWEA RIMS Special Interest Group and has been an active contributor to the Roading Efficiency Group Evidence & Insights Group.
A recognised industry contributor, Alison is a regular conference speaker and is passionate about lifting capability through better use of asset data and evidence-based decision making.
